HOW HOPI EAR CANDLES WORK:

Once lit, the candles slowly burn down, vapourising the ingredients which are drawn down the hollow centre of the candle, into the outer portion of the ear by the chimney principle (heated air flow). The client will experience a warm feeling, with crackling sounds. The combination of the heat and massage along with the ingredients will soothe, stimulate and intensify the immune system, strengthen the lymph glands, loosen ear wax and draw out any impurities. Although the ear wax may be softened, it will not be found in the filter.

The candles take 10-12 minutes to burn down. Generally, the longer the burn time, the more blockages.

The treatment is followed by a neck and facial massage.

Although there may be an improvement after one treatment, a course is recommended.
